This album is the culmination of 12 weeks of naked press ups, squat thrusts, roundhouse kicks and suplexing myself onto Mashed potato. It was mostly written in a horizontal reclining position, sometimes with a cup of coffee next to me, other times my cat. I like to think of myself as a master of no trades, and singer to pensioners. My favourite number is 4, and my approximate value in birds is: Pigeon or Finch. If you like my music, I fear for your sanity, I really do.
